Weldroid masters Matthies‘ first release for EndTitles

Tamas Zsiros aka Weldroid is mastering Wilhelm Matthies‘ first release for EndTitles. The Hungarian electronic musician and mastering engineer from Stockholm with a foible for coffee brewing started to master the files today. I cannot wait to listen 🙂

: A lot of dynamics.

: Raw acoustic stuff. Noise reduction considered, but finally abandoned in order not to mess with those delicate transients. A little preamp hiss is not that evil (free dithering noise).

: This looks rather excessive, but necessary. And since it’s a dynamic EQ the results are not as extreme as you would imagine.

: Sweet.

Ello is a social networking service created by Paul Budnitz and Todd Berger in March 2014. It was created as an ad-free alternative to existing social networks, such as Facebook and Twitter. It is currently in beta.

Ello is free to use, but is exploring a freemium model to finance future activities.

The Ello service claims several notable distinguishing intentions as a social network:

never sell user data to advertisers or third parties
never show advertisements
not enforce a real-name policy

Virlyn’s radio show

Frédéric has his own little radio show called “Able to label” at a Belgian local radio station, Radio Centraal, an independent station focusing on alternative and underground music. “Able to label” digs into the music reservoir of different labels, ranging from ambient electronics to psychedelic music from the sixties.
