I am pleased to say that the instrument is already usable, and it will develop more, that is why I name it mosesa7A.

There is a problem with how the bridge and the plastic interact, that I intuitively feel can be made better.

The plastic bottle has the advantage of being very sensitive to pressure, more so than wood of course.

This means that it matters which angle the bow is bowed on the string, if I bow parallel to the bridge, it dampens the sound, if at a 90% angle a more open sound is created.

Yes, but there may be a way to make a bridge that is more open, or have less of a dampening effect on the string vibration than the ones I made so far.

I have also experimented with using a “floating resonator” as well as with „floating bridges.” These arrangements highlight the different string diameter’s resonance and makes it very consequential on which side of such arrangement I bow or pluck in. Having 4 strings instead of two enables this to work.
